How it works in practice
When we enter a new market, we need real data to understand local providers.
During active market entry, we typically reach out 3-4 times per week which is roughly 5 minutes of work in total. Once a market goes live, you may not hear from us for months.
How it works in practice is that you will be added to a WhatsApp group where you will be in direct contact with the developers. When they need your help, they will reach out to you in the WhatsApp group and send you a link to our demo page to which you authenticate yourself using the credentials you use for your account. The test is then done on your end, which means that a test takes no more than 1 minute for you to complete and you can do it straight from your phone.

We are also compliant with ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security management. This means we follow a structured, audited framework for managing sensitive data, including strict controls around access, risk management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our security practices.
GDPR compliant
We take privacy and data handling extremely seriously. All credentials are end-to-end encrypted and never accessible in plain text—this includes our developers and internal systems. Access to data is strictly limited to what is necessary to support specific product features, and we do not collect or process any information beyond that scope.
